My son used these for about 6 weeks before the Griptak material began tearing off the thumb. There was also significant wear on the Griptak of both gloves finger areas as well. Used under normal circumstances - I'd expect that they'd hold up for at least the season....not just 6 weeks. Thankfully the cashier had talked me into buying the replacement plan, so we have to mail these in and they will mail us a gift card to purchase another pair. I'm appreciative for that at least.
