Bought them beginning of July. Out the box they fit my wide feet which is the main thing I’ve been looking for. There is a little bit of heel slippage but after breaking them in they fit fine. If you double sock or wear ankle braces you shouldn’t have any issues. They give Mr more ankle support than regular lows. They are a bit heavier than the electric speed. Positions I play are Lb / wr

Do Not Buy These Cleats!

These are the worst football cleats my son has ever owned. My son purchased the Adidas Anthony Edwards 1 (AE 1) football cleats shortly after their release in May 2026. We bought them on May 5, 2026, and after only two football practices, the studs on the bottom began breaking off. With each additional use, more studs continued to break, making the cleats unsafe and unusable. Thinking it might have been an isolated defect, we purchased another pair of the exact same cleats. Unfortunately, the second pair experienced the same problem. For a premium product from Adidas, this level of poor durability is extremely disappointing. We contacted Adidas regarding the issue, but they have not provided a refund despite the cleats failing almost immediately after purchase. Football cleats should be able to withstand normal practice conditions, especially after only two uses. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend the Adidas AE 1 football cleats. The quality has been unacceptable, and the lack of customer support has made the situation even more frustrating.
