Not Ideal For High-impact Workout
I was really excited about this adidas purchase, but unfortunately it didn’t work out for me. Even after trying the additional insoles that came with the shoes, I still experienced noticeable foot pain during workouts. I can see how these might be comfortable for activities like weightlifting, where there’s more stability and less impact. However, for high-impact movements like burpees, jumping, or cardio-heavy routines, they just didn’t provide the support or cushioning I needed. Overall, they might be a good fit depending on your workout style, but if you’re planning to use them for high-impact training, you may want to consider other options.
