I know some people like to complain about the rather low heel construction, however for me it was not a problem. But I do have a skinny and smaller heel compared to the rest of my foot. So if you have a smaller heel that you notice doesn’t fit well with most boots, this boot is perfect for you. The leather is great quality, for being only calf skin, it still does an exceptionally job at being soft and comfortable straight out of the box. Normally I don’t go for leather boots because I dont like the overly plush feel on the ball, but the leather on these are very thin and great for speed boot wearers, and anyone who like the softness of leather but doesn’t want overly plush feel. The break in time is phenomenal, absolutely no hot spots or stud pressure in my first session with these. Took around one full session to great a good break in with these boots. Objectively a great pair of boots, and the nostalgia just adds something extra.
