Terrible Wait And System
The scan system for shoes is terrible. Multiple associates coming out yelling people's names is not efficient or effective. Location didn't have the shoes I scanned but the system said they were in stock, somebody messed up the boxes and had me waiting 30 minutes because they kept passing the buck. I heard one guy tell another girl to tell the other guy to check for my shoes, they guy disappeared in the back and never returned. I had to speak to two other associates, some associates. manager was hanging around and couldn't help either.
