Very comfortable and a lot of cushion in the heel area, but not a lot of support in the toe area. Also the material in the toe box is thin so these will not be my main runners because I can see my toe popping out eventually. The tongue seems too small for the shoe. I would say these are jogging occasionally and more of a walking shoe in my opinion.
