I use it for all runs. Haven’t used for races. Very light

Immediate Improvement In My Run Times

I started running more intensely at the beginning of the year and have been running 2 miles about 3 times a week with a 3 mile run every other Friday. I chose to run my 3 mile early and with half the miles and recovery, I cut 90 seconds off my three mile time for my best PR in 10 years. I'll be using these shoes forever!
