Light and a great running companion. The fit is a little off, I recommend a half size down with light socks or your normal size with doubled up socks. All in all a great running shoe. I highly recommend.

Cushion!…in All The Wrong Places

Had lots of foam that provided initial cushion but that cushion smashed way too easy during runs. Also, was very unstable with too much rock side-to-side. I could see this shoe working for people but didn’t work for me. Additionally, my foot slid forward so that my toes went over the front ledge of the shoe. Just not comfortable.

The tongue seems a bit short. But the EVO SL is a winner, so light, excellent midsole, make for a great ride.

Perfect for mid to long runs! There is a small lack of stability in the heal I’m just not sure if it’s the way I run. I’ve only ran with oncloud monsters 2 and the vomero 18 and didn’t have that issue.

Good Shoe For Road And Gravel

14 miles for a first run in new shoes was super comfortable. Skinny laces but ok. Traction on gravel was fine. For a high stack height shoe, it felt stable without feeling spongey. Size 10 was good fit and room in the toe box. Sole probably won’t last long so I plan to get another pair when they start hitting big discounts.
