Hard Material In The Sole Plate Covered All Sole

Great shoe. Great color. There is some issues with durability in the sole plate. Foam is wearing off way too quick

Immediate Improvement In My Run Times

I started running more intensely at the beginning of the year and have been running 2 miles about 3 times a week with a 3 mile run every other Friday. I chose to run my 3 mile early and with half the miles and recovery, I cut 90 seconds off my three mile time for my best PR in 10 years. I'll be using these shoes forever!

I use them for daily miles, they provide good feedback and cushion. It works good for my flat feet and I haven't experienced any blisters even with longer runs.
