Once you get these shoes on they are very comfortable. However, I have some quality concerns. After only two uses the lace system has broken on each shoe. I was able to fix the problems myself with some hassle. The lock lacing system is a clever design, but they definitely should not break after a couple of wears. There's also a velcro piece on the upper part of the shoe that holds the flap in place. Every time I've tried to put the shoe on the velcro piece sticks to my socks. It's annoying. The only reason these get three stars is because they are very comfortable. I have used them for a couple of cage sessions and they work very well. I purchased these on sale and had a gift card, otherwise I would have sent them back and been very upset with the quality had I paid full price. So if you're willing to put up with these possible issues that might arise and don't care about the price, then you should take a chance on these shoes.
