Bought as a part of the launch! Honestly, I was super excited to get these. The design is as advertised ; futuristic, breathable and 3D printed. Colorway is a nice, versatile off white and complements the overall styling of the shoe. Perforations make the foot visible w/o socks but NOT too revealing, so no need to be apprehensive of showing your feet. Sizing up is mandatory or you'll never get these things on. Initially, I thought it was just me having a hard time putting these on. Turns out NOBODY can put these on easily. Hard to put on for 2 reasons; first, the narrow opening, and secondly, the material on the inside is grippy! Putting these things on with regular socks forget about it! Maybe a no show or ankle sock is more tolerable. I tried that once. It’s an improvement but not sure it wouldnt annoy me if I had to do that all day. The opening to the shoe shouldve been cut like other slide on shoes in the adidas bag (js). These things have an aroma. Likely from the filament used during production. The smell is like a pesticide or pistachio. Neither a great smell to me. Wearing these w/o socks I suppose is the point, but seems a bit aggressive for unprotected skin to rub against the material for any length of time. The Comfort is not bad but not great. Definitely on par with the previous 3D/4D soled adidas models. Still serviceable though. Not practical for any sports, maybe low intensity straight line running depending on your athleticism. Unless youre at or above collegiate level skill or athleticism dont undertake any sports in these. I would like to note they are not touted as a multisport shoe to be clear. These are purely for chilling in every sense of the word. Best with jeans, also suitable with shorts if the body ratios are proportional. They have cool factor but first gen price point also shouldve been lower.
