My Goto Training Short

Light weight and breathable. I wear them to the Gym for Training and on Runs; so comfortable I find myself wearing them before and after workouts. Good looking, no need to change

No Liner

Purchased while on vacation. Tried the Nike on for size. I’ve been exercising regularly and have lost weight. I needed to downsize to medium. Chose these for color but didn’t notice their was no integrated liner. No big deal, they are still nice.
