I’ve been training for a while and I deduced to buy I good shoes just for that, I have to watched a lot of videos to finally decide what shoes I’ll buy it. This shoes are comfortable and the size is perfect.

They bite at the ankle in big movements. Tend to pinch till and rub into your ankles causing discomfort if tied to tightly.

I often recommend people not to lift in running shoes, because of the instability they create. When clients and members at my club ask for shoe recommendations I will tell them to get dropsets are a great option for training. I have squated, Dead lifted and clean and jerks. the cons: I would like to have a wider toe box, and I would them to not get scruffed as easy.
