Great Comfortable Shoes To Train In

Good cross between running and training shoes and nice enough for casual wear. 10/10

Perfect For Lifting And The Occasional Short Run.

Perfect shoes for lifting causing no knee pain when squatting which other shoes did for me. Also, they are good for short quick runs but nothing over a mile I would say as my shins started to hurt probably because the shoes is a flatter bottom.

These Work Incredibly Well For Functional Fitness

Training with gym specific shoes have helped with balance and stability. Super light and great heal lock!
