It’s a good shoes for CrossFit or justing to the gym I have wide feet and I went with my tire to size and it fits well it not tight or uncomfortable

Favorite Trainer Sans Goruck Ballistic Trainer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the bottom of the shoe does not have the same hole as the first three editions of this shoe. It would not have been considered if it was the same due to my workouts frequently being outside. Stability is good. Out of the shoes in this group that are often considered crossfit shoes, these are among the easier to run in. The bottom is thinner compared to some others, and I am able to feel rocks under my shoes in a more pronounced way.

I expected them to feel heavier and more restrictive, but they turned out to be incredibly lightweight, flexible, and stable. They provide excellent support during workouts while still allowing natural foot movement. My feet stay comfortable and don’t get too hot, even during longer training sessions. They’re great for lunges, squats, and other exercises that require the forefoot to bend naturally. Overall, they offer a great balance of stability, flexibility, and comfort.

Great Weight Lifting/trainers

These are so good for weight lifting and mixed training. Nice flat bottoms that are very stable with lateral movements. A little firmer than I am used to for jumping or running, so I still prefer running shoes for those specific activities, but these are great shoes.
