They fit true to size and are super comfortable to run on and pretty light. One note is they do have the built in liner. That’s not obvious in the description but I knew they did prior to the purchase.

Perfect, durable shorts for running or training. Loose enough that you get full extension and flexion of the legs. Lightweight and super breathable. The only thing missing is reflective material for outdoor nighttime training
