Good Price/value Shoe For Walking And Gym
The outsole is firm, so it’s good for casual walking and gym. I wouldn’t run in it, because it gives no energy return. However, it’s great for fast walking (perhaps, for slow jogging it’ll be ok) - I like how it’s rocking your feet from heel to toes nicely. The price is incredibly low - a good deal for my purposes.
