They deliver on cushioning and bounce, consistent with many of the newer models on the market. While the thin upper design certainly aids in the shoe's lightness, it creates a more sock-like sensation than a secure, locked-in feel around the foot. For shorter distances, these are a fantastic choice, but I'd likely opt for a different shoe on my longer runs."
