    Great While It Lasted

    I bought this ball for my daughter Sept. 2024 and it was great. Stayed inflated, kept it's shape, great touch and good flight. But now it doesn't stay inflated more than an hour. I bought the 1 year warranty which requires I send in the ball, then they send me back a gift card for the purchase amount. Guess I'll be trying a different ball next time as this one is no longer carried in store or online.

    Damaged Product Package

    I received the package today and the actual box of the soccer ball I ordered was torn and re-taped which makes me uncomfortable to keep it at this point. Looks like someone had bought this and returned and then it was shipped to me at full price. Please advise of what can be done, I need a new one in its original NEW condition before Christmas.
