Weird Slightly Slick Feeling To Cotton

cotton exterior has weird slightly slick feeling to it. not quite like track pants but its not a regular soft hoodie feeling that I wanted. I tried the cozy which had a higher cotton to polyester ratio 70/30 vs the essentials 50/50, but then the cozy was super thin and not as warm or "cozy"
