Too Tight.

Too tight. Did not like it once it came out of the package.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The skirt has a double waist band. I think it would look cute with a half shirt to really be able to see the detail. It is a respectable length - I am 5'2. I ordered the 10 even though I am normally a 6 and it fits nicely. Probably could have gotten the 8 for a tighter fit.
