Unexpected Cow/pony Hair Detail On Stripes :(

I bought the Earth Strata/ Aurora Coffee gazelle bold shoe & loved the fit of them, however the color of the shoe is more of a grayish brown. Also the 3 stripes and the detail on the back of the shoe have cow/pony hair on them, which I did not notice when I placed my order. Will be returning :(
