The Cleat Is Fine, The Store Sucks!

I hate buying shoes from this store! Hopefully the other ones are better, but Layton Dicks is awful! They make you use the electronic kiosk and take forever to get your shoes and they’re only the right shoes half the time. There were three people “working” and it took 20mins each time. They didn’t seem too interested in helping either.

Shoe Great Service Was Not

Shoes we picked are good but no one on staff could help with what shoes would help my son for soccer. I googled. Me and the other shoppers were just as clueless as me. It was disappointing a department store had no expert working on Sunday. I know call out happen. I did see three people pulling shoes though. Also no one working the floor just place your order on the kiosk and wait for your name to be screamed. Disappointing I will probably just order off of Amazon bc it is about the same service level. I wished Dillards or Belks sold sport shoes! Thier service and knowledge are on par. Maybe I'll try an adidas or nike store next time. I just figured that y'all would have a better selection than one brand. Someone told me that lloyd's soccer was a good store maybe we will go to a small mom and pop store. I'm always willing to pay more for knowledge. And service, then to get the wrong item.

These are a bit more snug that the League version so I exchanged these for those. Otherwise these are great quality and features for the price.
