This jersey has the strap in the back to secure it to your pants. However, it does not fit like a typical jersey. It is much more form fitting and does not seem to be the same jersey, in fit only, worn by NHL players. All quality stiching and materials. I suspect people looking fir a shirt to wear that is more practical will like it.
