No Screws Or Hardware. I Would Have Given 0 Stars If I Could.

Ordered once, no screws or hardware....returned to Dick's and lost $8 in shipping charges. Ordered a second time (only because I had Dick's bucks), again no screws or hardware. I haven't returned it because of the loss of shipping charges. We'll figure out the hardware. Just be forewarned.

Facemask Packaging Is Incomplete : Missing Hardware

I received the facemask shortly after it shipped, however it was received without the assembly hardware to attach it to the helmet. After contacting customer support, I received a replacement facemask which was completely different and also did not include no packaging at all. Therefore receiving a second useless facemask worse than the initial shipment. Still awaiting a resolution, and the season starts in less than 2 weeks.

Missing Hardware And Heavy

I purchased this online. It was sent without hardware & instructions. I called to get it replaced. They sent a second...without hardware & instructions. I call again. They tell me it'll take up to 14 days to "investigate" it. I asked if they would send the hardware kit since it is on their website. Nope. I can show photos that the helmet hasn't been tampered with/modified, I'm not trying to get anything free, just was advertised. I mean I literally can't do anything with a facemask with no hardware.

No Hardware, No Directions, Heavy And Big

No screws or brackets. Big and heavy to be paired with a small T-Ball helmet. Not useful.
