We purchased this ball because we wanted something between a replica and a match ball. Our favorite feature is its textured surface; it makes it much easier to control the ball in wet conditions. It has held it's shape after several laces/knuckle kicks, and did not absorb water when we played in the rain. We were also able to get good rotation/spin on free kicks. I would highly recommend this ball, if you don't want to go all in on an $ 150.00 match ball.
