The first time you wear these it feels great, then after a couple of runs you will make it yours, it is not the best comfort but it's not bad, it is a great training pair of shoes that provides that extra that you are looking for when training and when running you don't even feel like you are wearing them since they are light and durable. I don't like the colors but the rest is Ok

Great Usage Of Eva Foam

The shoe is slightly stiff when running slow but becomes softer with faster speeds. The EVA foam with the rods have a nice blend of a unique comfort for those fresh (non-recovery) slow runs and my fast 5ks. I buy a lot of shoes and I’m happy to keep these in my training rotation and occasional race day races.
