It's a great all day shoe, it's super comfortable for walking, I do cardio in these and even worked in them. After wearing them for a couple of weeks there's a noticeable difference between wearing these vs a more narrow shoe that I'm used to wearing. To me these are extremely light as well. It didn't hurt my feet either.
