The Sneakers Are Great But...

Upon purchasing these sneakers, we were met with great attentive customer service. Five stars from the floor staff to the register; however, when my daughter and I left the store, and I opened the sneaker box, I was disappointed to see that there was an immense amount of dog hair mixed in with strands of long human hair inside the shoe and all around the outside of the shoe. There was a load of dog hair in the box, which was disgusting! I already left the store, but I wish I could've thrown those shoes back in their faces. How do you sell anyone that type of garbage? I was agitated! I will never purchase sneakers from the Palisades location ever again!
