Recently purchased these for our trip to Iceland. I was a bit skeptical at first due to the mixed reviews but ultimately decided the price at the time was something I couldn’t miss out on and was a risk I was willing to take! On our trip, they proved to be waterproof (at least up the ankle of course) and had a great fit. I first broke them in on our trip and they were very comfortable. I’ve used them again and again on hiking adventures and just for regular use and they’re awesome! I have wide feet and they didn’t feel as tight as other reviews have mentioned. What I can say is they felt secure and that’s always a plus when it comes to hiking footwear!
