[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are hard to put on, but they have great ankle support. There was chafing when she wore the for two games in a row. Chafing was on her ankles.

These Shoes Fell Apart

My daughter got about six weeks of use out of these shoes before the sole separated from the body of the shoe. She has used adidas cleats for years and this hasn't happened. The customer service at Adidas was great, and we will get a refund. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience at Dick's. I was rudely dismissed by the customer service employee, who said that she "cant take them back unless they aren't able to be resold." No reply when I mentioned that she cleats had fallen apart. She seemed rattled by demanding customer just prior to me, but that is no excuse for treating another customer poorly. I called a Dick's general customer service #, and the agent was courteous and helpful. I learned that items that fall apart like ours need to be directed to the manufacturer, not a local store. She then said that some stores will send them back but it is up to their discretion. Apparently this is not the case in Loveland, CO. There is a direct competitor about a mile away with a much better return policy. Customer service is excellent at the competitor as well. I'll have a hard time justifying spending more money at Dicks, which is too bad. I was a long time customer.
