Cute But Not As Described

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I saw the word "sweatshirt" and thought it would be more of a stretchy sweatshirt type of fabric but it was very thin and more of a light cotton material. The shirt itself was thin and shorter in length so I saw no 'layering' or 'sweatshirt' mentioned in the description. If I were to keep it, I would order a size larger (due to the cropped fit) but it didn't meet my expectations so it went back.
