About This Item
Like wearing a piece of history on your feet. These adidas Japan shoes are a reissue of a 1964 trainer that appeared in a catalogue for that year's global sporting event held in Japan. Although they stay as close as possible to the original low-profile design, they do have design details that set them apart — like a double-stitched T-toe.

Low Profile True To Size, Suka Replacements!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a fan of another low profile sneaker with “Suka” in its name. Then they closed their U.S. distribution, and que my search for a replacement. I found the Adidas Japan’s which is a well fitting, low profile, very comfortable sneaker. I’ve tried the Sambas, and the Italias, but the lower profile thinner soles is what I really love and the Japans check the box. I yfound in my experience that they fit true to size. My only complaint? Adidas hasn’t restocked the larger sizes in ages, come on Adidas where are the larger sizes? Some of us have bigger feet, I’d probably have 5 more pair in various colors, they’re just not available (size 12, 13, 14), what’s the hold up? Help us big footed people rock your product!
