Cute, Good Quality, But Runs Large

These shoes are very cute and the quality seems great, however these run SO large. I don't have a store where I live, so these were ordered online without being tried on. I'm naturally in between 8.5 and 9, so I always order a 9 no matter the shoe. These run so big, I'm returning them only and ordering an 8. I would love to keep them and avoid the hassle, but there's roughly an inch between my toe and the end of the shoe.
