Beautiful Shoe, Need Better Quality Control

I love the heart on top and on the stripes of the shoes. Totally my style. The shoe is also very comfy. I will say there needs to be more quality control of the shoe. The first time I ordered the shoe, it had a stain that would not wipe off. Second time, I despise both sixes, say 6.5, and am certain that one shoe was built larger than the other. I know this because the first time I ordered besides the stain both fit perfectly. The heart of one of the shoes was also off-center. I had to return again. I know this is true because the first time I ordered, both fit perfectly. I am not sure if because I used the prime option the shoes being sent were faulty
