Not As Good As It Used To Be.

I've been wearing Superstars for about 8 years and this is the first time I've ever been disappointed in a re-buy. I wear these shoes 4+ days a week and, in the past, I would repurchase when my old pair essentially falls apart. When I received these they felt like they were a lesser material. Felt more plasticky. Upon taking the insole out to add my own inserts, I saw that there were multiple threads unfinished (pictured) and some held together with masking tape? I've worn my last pair for a couple years at this point and they look like they have more integrity now than these do brand new. The fabric is already coming off of the insole, showing it hasn't been glued on properly. Also, the arch support is lacking in this pair. I'm super disappointed!

Perfect For A Fall Risk Person!
