These are so handy for a last minute throw on. I.e. the socks and the cleats are already on and you realized you forgot the shinguards. Throw these on absolutely! But do be sure to know those ankles are not protected. My son was opting for these because they were easier and he found out the hard way that his ankles are not protected

Stirrup-less Shin Guards
Picked these up for my daughter, 14 yo, for competitive travel and high school and she loves them. She had to adjust but now won't go back to traditional guards

Affordable
These are great for casual Rec soccer. I like the Velcro that keeps them on. They are a little weird fitting on my shins, but they are good overall. I got a pair for my sister too since they are so affordable.
