Personalized Jersey Letters/numbers Peeling

I had this jersey personalized for my son but I could see/feel that the corners of letters and numbers didnt adhere properly. I will be going thru the warranty process. It's a hassle but I don't want it to be ruined after a few wears and washes according to directions.
