Where Is Advice On Spring Settings?

I love having this machine to work out at home, but have been unable to locate advice on spring settings or changing the spring settings. This is a compact way to get in pilates at home but you need more videos of using it to get in a complete workout. Videos of people using other machines are available but are not really adequate.

Glad I Bought It!

I really like this Pilates Chair. I've been practicing and teaching Pilates for almost 20 years and have really been enjoying it. My only suggestions would be to make a more padded foot pedal for those with sensitive feet and attach two wheels to the back so you can tip it and roll it around. It's a great piece of equipment and I've been loving it. Thank you!
