Bad Delivery Care

I ordered the Air Jordan 4 Retro “Pearl Pink/Carmine” and was genuinely excited—until they arrived. The box was completely destroyed, crushed like it had been through a war, which already ruins the experience for anyone who actually cares about their sneakers. But it gets worse—the shoes themselves were dirty straight out of the box. Not “a little dust from shipping,” but noticeably dirty, like they’d been handled carelessly or even worn. For the price and the hype around these, this is completely unacceptable. Proper packaging and basic quality control shouldn’t be optional—they’re the bare minimum. It’s clear there was zero care in shipping or handling this order. Really disappointed. This was supposed to be something I was excited about, and instead it was a huge letdown. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else take the risk.
