Know What You Actually Need

My husband bought these because they are a good deal. In general it is a good paddle, but it is VERY short. It's the smallest paddle size. Although he is 5'9 it works for him because his kayak is an inflatable that sits very low in the water and is pretty narrow. While I am only 5'3, this paddle does not work for me. My kayak has a raised seat and I prefer a shallower stroke. The paddle is effective if you don't mind getting soaked. Thankfully it was a really hot day when I tried it out. Just know what you want before you buy. I will be looking for a 240 now.

this paddle was everything I wanted and needed! I love that I have the option to change the position of my paddle.

Sturdy

My husband is a big guy and puts a lot of force into every effort. This paddle can stand up to his workouts in our kayak with no issue whatsoever.

Good Quality

I was a little nervous about these paddles because have 4 sections, however I used them yesterday for over 5 hours and they were amazing

Lightweight, But Not Sturdy At All

I had this for less than two months and it snapped and sliced my hand open as I was paddling. Dicks was very helpful in a refund, but this product is garbage. Spend a little more money and get a good one-piece, fiberglass paddle.

Don't Waste Your Money

Unfortunately I bought this online & when I received it wasn't happy with the quality at allWas cheaply made & one good paddle, it most likely would have either bent or brokeI neglected to see it broke down into 4 sectionsBrought back to the store due to it's poor quality

Great Paddle

This paddle is an excellent paddle for me as an entry level kayaker. I especially like the ability to take the paddle apart for easy storage in the car. Does everything I need it to do and it looks mean.

Airhead 220cm Kayak Paddle Works Great!

My son and I took our kayaks out into some choppy water yesterday and found that the paddles worked pretty well. I was a little rusty since it had been many years since I had gone kayaking. All in all it went well.

Be Ready To Get Wet

We purchased fishing kayaks and took them in 60 degree weather (so you can imagine how cold the water was). After an hour, we were soaked due to the subpar drip guards. Perhaps during the summer it won't be such a big deal, but if you plan to not have wet pants from the hips to knees, get a better paddle.
