Weight Limits

On website it is 30-50lbs, but when I received the life vest it says 33-50lbs. Also, it makes my son go face first into the water. What if he becomes unconscious and can't flip over? Other than that it's nice quality fabric and stitching. I will be keeping because he can grow into it.
