I purchased this for my teenage son along with several other items, and its condition upon arrival at my home suggested that it might have been used because the package was damaged FROM THE INSIDE. The cable ties that hold the slingshot gun to the cardboard had been ripped from the cardboard as if someone had previously opened the package and removed the gun. But the outside of the package was sealed. The box was either very highly jostled during shipping, or the interior of the package was damaged before shipping. The items I ordered were packed in a ridiculous box that was WAY too big for them, which could have contributed, but nothing else was damaged at all, so this is unlikely. Thankfully, this was a gift for my own son, who won't mind the packaging as long as the gun works. But if he were younger or I was giving as a gift to someone else, I would have to return it. He won't open it until Christmas, so I can't speak to how well the gun and other snow items work, but the condition of the package was pretty shocking.
