Great Glove

Purchased as a inbetween size for my 6yr old (Pinto). Glove needs to be broken in a any higher quality glove should. Expecting glove to last 2-3 years until he out grows it

Lace Broke Easily

Bought for 7 year old. Glove very stiff. would be difficult for 7 year old to break in by himself. 1 throwing session and lace broke/tore. Easy return policy. Leather on glove is high quality.

Great Glove

Fit my 8 yr old perfect. He has small hands and I was looking for a good quality youth glove that wouldnt break the bank. Love this glove, great quality and value.

Good Quality But Very Stiff!

I have a seven year old son who has played baseball for three years. I was looking for a better glove as he moved to kid pitch. This glove was very hard to break in. We used the oil, brought it to get professionally steamed, etc. and it is still very stiff.

Great Glove

This is a great glove. Good quality leather which should hold up for a good number of seasons. My 7 year old really likes the glove. I like it enough that I may buy my 9 year old same glove. The only "con" is that the glove is a little bit stiff for my 7 year old to break the glove in easily.

Good Glove

This glove was for my 8 year old and being a lefty, it was difficult to find a high quality glove that fit him. I can tell you for the money, it's a very nice glove. The palm has plenty of padding and while the length of the glove makes it seem small, the glove has a full size pocket, which is able to close around the ball completely. The finger wells are small, which is good and comfortable. We are still breaking it in, but so far, the quality far outstrips other options.

The Glove Was Raelly Nice. Unfortunately

I loved the glove because it had the strap for my 9 year old and the quality is outstanding. We play competative ball but the 11" is to small for the younger boys.. 11.5 or even a 12 in this is perfect.. I had to send it back and hopefully they make another size..

Very Good Quality Glove

Used for practice and in games. Good quality glove. Sizing is more like a 10.5" glove and not 11".

Akadema Is Top Of The Line!

Bought this Akadema glove for my 9 year old son. He's a left handed first baseman. He previously had a Mizuno glove. It was okay, but since he started using his Akadema, I've noticed a big improvement in his catching ability. His percentage of dropped balls has gone done dramatically. Before the Akadema, he wasn't the starter at first base. After his catching started to improve, his coach took notice and he's been the starter ever since. I'm not giving all the credit to the glove, but it has been a big factor in my son's improvement. They finished the regular season 15-3 and are 3-0 in the season tournament, competing in the championship game tonight as a matter of fact. Did I mention Akadema is an American company? Makes it even better. Buy this glove!
