Horrible Glove Even For The Money

Super tight and stiff. We took it home and withing the first catching session the faux leather coloring started wearing off in the palm. Not even going to try to keep breaking it in. Will try to return hopefully or just eat the $100 and throw in the trash. Great glove if you want to have your kid turned off immediatly to catching

Ok Mitt For A Situation

Good price, slow breaking in. Odd situation, as the user User is left handed, but wants to try catching. The right investment for what will most likely be a short term experiment. Would only recommend for a similar situation.

Quality Mitt

It is a well built quality mitt. Sharp looking and quality materials. However, is super stiff. I had it steamed, and I am working it for a week, and it is still not broken in. Do not buy it for a kid younger than 13 years old. It is on the big and heavy side. But for a bigger kid, it is a great mitt!

Nice Glove But Very Stiff

Got this glove in yesterday and out of the box, there is no way a 9 yr old could use it without a lot of work. My son cannot even squeeze the glove. I believe it will be great once it is broken in but we have a lot of work to do.

Not Even Worth The Small Amount

Have now had Just less than a year and thumb is ripping. The glove treated 3 times in the steamer and still very stiff. I caught through college and my son wants t catch but the glove is useless. I need to tell him it’s was a poor glove. Save the money and buy a better glove.

My 9 year son plays catcher on his little league team and he like his glove. He did have one fault with the glove it did not have a risk adjustment strap. Other than that he was happy with the catcher met.

Fantastic Glove...

First, my 10 year old grandson could not get his small hand into the mitt. The finger slot for the little finger and the ring finger was so tight he could not get even one finger in.The second thing is the online add flamed the mitt was made in the USA. When the mitt arrived it had a tag stating it was made in China.I returned thr mitt.

Replaced A Previosu Agc 98

This was to replace another AGC98. After 2 years (year round) the padding was somewhat worn out from catching 70MPH+ fastballs from 13 year olds. He could feel it on old one when catching 14 year old whom throws 78 MPH consistently. In Florida we play year round so this is still a great glove value and it is saved many games (and developed my son) with the praying mantis hinge. That extra is the difference on a passed ball or a caught 3rd strike. I have rawlings mizuno and eastons and all the kids love this mitt more.
