I ordered this catcher's mitt sight unseen, as I was looking for a glove to catch for my 10 year old, whose starting to throw with a little more gas. I would have preferred a 34", but while looking at mitts in person at Dicks the difference between 33" and 34" was negligible. When I received the glove, my son immediately asked if I ordered a youth glove by mistake. I could barely fit my hand in, and my son even commented that it felt small for him. Simply put, this mitt is WAY too small. In addition, the leather is subpar: It is course, very dimpled, and the pocket had bubbles and was uneven. Had I been presented with this mitt and no price, I would have assumed it was a budget youth model. This mitt is overpriced by hundreds of dollars. Save your time and money and go with a major brand.
