I'm going to continue taking it for another month to see if it improves more. Looking forward to another month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently begun using this product. In the past, I have experienced significant stomach discomfort with other daytime metabolic enhancers. This product, however, does not cause me any stomach pain. I will provide an update on my progress after one month of consistent use. I am very excited to see some results. In addition to this, I am also walking three times a week. I underwent two major surgeries last year, which resulted in a year of bed rest and subsequent weight gain, reversing the weight loss I had achieved between surgeries.

I forgot it once on vacation and it was the worst. I don't want to go without it again. I'm not sure if I"m actually burning fat but the lack of bloat I feel is worth it. Don't take 2 at one time though - it might make you feel weird/ a little sick/dizzy.
