[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these for a while now and have noticed that my complexion looks more glowing and I have had no breakouts. I have had less hair fall out as well. I can also concentrate better in taking these and balance so m not sure if it is one or the other or the combo but I will continue taking them.
