[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took one sip of this Island Crush pre-workout and suddenly felt like I was on a beach… except instead of lounging, I was sprinting down it like a caffeinated lifeguard. 🍍🏝 The flavor is pure vacation vibes, sweet pineapple, a splash of tropical punch, and just enough tang to make your tastebuds dance. Within minutes, my energy went from meh to WHO NEEDS SLEEP? My workout turned into a sweaty island party where the DJ was my own heartbeat. I crushed my reps, my cardio, and possibly scared a few gym-goers with how enthusiastically I fist-pumped between sets. Bottom line: If you want to feel like you just drank a piña colada that went to college for sports science, this is your stuff.
