Tropical Lightning In A Cup!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took one sip of this Island Crush pre-workout and suddenly felt like I was on a beach… except instead of lounging, I was sprinting down it like a caffeinated lifeguard. 🍍🏝 The flavor is pure vacation vibes, sweet pineapple, a splash of tropical punch, and just enough tang to make your tastebuds dance. Within minutes, my energy went from meh to WHO NEEDS SLEEP? My workout turned into a sweaty island party where the DJ was my own heartbeat. I crushed my reps, my cardio, and possibly scared a few gym-goers with how enthusiastically I fist-pumped between sets. Bottom line: If you want to feel like you just drank a piña colada that went to college for sports science, this is your stuff.

I typically only take half a scoop in AM before workout due to the beta alanine, a full scoop makes me super itchy. Although my husband also takes it and the beta alanine doesn’t affect him as much but he lifts more and longer than myself. Overall enjoy the drink and the effects it gives me for efficient workout.
